Switching stock intake manifold for Edelbrock torker intake manifold with non EGR?
What changes have to be made when swapping a stock intake manifold for a performance non-egr manifold. The carberator is from a high performance 305 sbc, 1985 ss monte carlo.|||take that intake back and get a edelbrock performer or performer RPM, the torquer will give you no low end power at all and you will be really dissappointed in it on the street unless you live in Nevada where you will be running 100+ MPH most of the time, also I would invest in a edelbrock performer carburator of 600 or 650 CFM.|||Don't even bother unless your changing your cam. The torkers performance range isn't compatable with a stock 305. You'll have much better results with the performer. It will give you quicker response and better midrange power.
