Edelbrock carb on gm quadrajet intake what type of adapter do i use?

All you need is an Edelbrock 2696 spread-bore adapter from them directly or Amazon.com.

      if the original quadrajet was computer controlled and you switch it to a mechanical carb what do you do to to make sure the tranny still shifts?
