78 k 5 blazer stock 350 edelbrock 1406 carb blazer will not fire?

I have spark fuel air all that one would figure it would take to fire this beast up but alas i'm stumped it refuses to fire. I got it as a project its running 6" of lift 38x12.5x15.. ?? 6" of lift and tire size has nothing to do with it not firing????

we need more information... was it running and what have you done. Had the distributor been removed and replaced? It might be 180* out (this happens a lot) or the gear may be stripped , the timming chain may be shot.. Valves may be to tight, if someone tried to adjust them.

There's a lot more stuff. Need more information
