What 1979 chevy car came out standard with a 350 V8, holley carburetor and edelbrock intake manifold?

That would be a Z28, but without the edelbrock intake, Thats aftermarket. Also the Chevy Caprice, and some Malibu's had the 350 4 barrell options|||Non. The edelbrock intake was never used by GM on any car. It's 100% aftermarket, installed by an owner of the car sometime in the past.

The Holley carb was not used on any chevy engine in 1979. In the late 60's and early 70's some of the high end performance engines in corvettes and camaros used the holley carb but non in '79

So it too is an aftermarket add on.

Stock intake for all 350's in 79 was GM made, from iron and eaither 2 bbl carb or 4bbl carb

The carbs was Rochester, 2bbl or rochester Quadrajet 4bbl

Just about all rwd mid and full size cars and trucks in 1979 had a 350 engine option
