Holley or Edelbrock carb for 1964 Riviera, which should I go with?

I have a 1964 Buick riviera with the original 425 nailhead engine. The old carb is crapping out on me, I want to upgrade. Which should I choose between the above 2, and why. Thanks.|||Find an original replacement. Less headache in making non-oem to fit, like the air cleaner, choke , or linkage. But from your list of Holley or Edlebrock, Edelbrock because your old is a Carter AFB and Carter is now Edlebrock, so closer fit. Still I don't think it'll fit the oem air cleaner.
